  • 2 carrots large

How to make?

Place the garlic and broccoli in the blender and then blend until it becomes smooth. Add water and make a paste. Turn out on the floured surface and knead until the dough becomes smooth. Cut dough into a total of four pieces. Take one; cover three with the damp tea towel. Roll the dough out into one rope which has to be approximately 3 cm. Then, Cut it into 3 cm pieces. Press every piece down with the fork and set aside and repeat this with the remaining dough.

When it becomes ready to use, you have to place olive oil in the non-stick pan and then fry gnocchi until it becomes lightly browned on both sides. For ragout, place olive oil in the non-stick pot. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, and courgettes. Fry!

Add tomatoes, sugar, and vegetable stock and reduce to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables become tender. Serve ragout with warm broccoli gnocchi and basil leaves!

  • 500 ml water
  • 450 g chopped broccoli
