  • 3 drops hot sauce for taste

For grilled chicken salad

  • 1-1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 8 slices of bacon sugar-free cooked until crisp, which is drained and crumbled
  • Reserved bacon fat to brush chicken and put to grill
  • Sea salt, ground peppercorn and onion powder to season chicken
  • 1 5 oz container salad greens
  • 1 small container of cherry tomatoes
  • Peppercorn ranch

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in an immersion blender, blend well and put aside
